“Your favourite musical instrument is the ukulele?”
“Yes,” replied Mr. Cumrox. “It doesn’t make much noise at best; and when you get tired of listening to it you can demolish it without anything like the expense that would attach to smashing a grand piano or a good violin.”
[Update: Interesting to note that the only thing preventing Mr. Cumrox from smashing a grand piano or good violin, once he tires of such, is the monetary value attached to same. We need more expensive ukuleles, perhaps — or maybe more reasonably priced grand pianos made for smashing thereof?]
